Totals in Project Plans not Matching

I have question regarding two projects plans that are duplicate in many
senses. I modified one plan to be more manageable from an orginial plan we
intended to use at one point in time. My team and I have went back and made
significant modifications to a duplicate file and have now uploaded it to the
server.

thye company is using MS Project Server and PWA is our time entry tool of
choice. Both work plans show hours by day, by resource to be exactly the
same, however the roll up total Actual hours between the 2 plans are not
equaling. Currently i am about 45.5 hours off for Jan and Feb, Mar and April
are a little more difficult. since both plans have time entered. What hours
are in the old file have been moved to the new file.
when i side by side compare the plans, everything looks accurate except for
the roll up total of actual hours. Jan is off by 2.5 hours, Feb is under by
41.5 hours in the new plan.

Can anyone tell me why at a task to task, resource to resource, day by day
reconcilation are all correct except for the roll up total of hours?

Can anyone tell me why this could happen or how i can reconcile my hours
between the 2 plans.

Thank Mike. I have posted it on the Server link. I have been to the site,
but i found little to be helpful in my reconilation process of the actual
hours. I appreciate the help.

You're welcome, Gina :) Hopfully you'll get a response, as that's where
all the server experts hang out!
