touble with sending email with multiple recipients

tried to create new email or forward email to more than 8 recipients and I
recieve an error block that says "operation failed". I've tried multiple
times still an issue. The file I'm sending is not very big and is just a text
document. Oh, and I know for sure it doesn't have to do with a spam block on
the recipients' side. Any suggestions?
