Track Change keep altering colours

When amending a document using track changes, and using the setting
Tools
Options
Track Changes
Colour - By Author

the colours used by a previous review and myself are different. However, in
saving the document the colour of my changes, changes to the same as the one
used by the previous reviewer.

I have my information in the User Information box and have not ticked the
option under the Security tab to Remove Personal Information on Save.

This is so frustrating as I need mine and the other person's changes to be
shown in two colours.

Unfortunately the Author Color assignment is controlled by Word. If Word
"thinks" there has been another author (even though there hasn't been
another author) then it will use the next color available. I've had this
happen to me several times and there really isn't anything you can do about
it. :-(
