When track changes is used in a Word 2003 document, set to "Final" view so
none of the markups are showing, and then sent as an email attachment, the
recipient opens the attachment and always automatically sees the markups
(doesn't matter which version of Word they have). It was not this way in
Word 2000 and I'm not sure how it is in 2007. Is there any way to correct
this other than saving the marked up version, then creating a copy and
accepting/rejecting all the changes in that copy before sending?
Do you know if this has been corrected in Word 2007?
Thanks.
