Track Changes "Accept all" removes text from diagrams

MS-Word 2003 has a problem with track changes. When I select "accept all
changes in document", it REMOVES text from some diagrams so now they are
blank!!

If I just select the individual diagram and "accept change", it seems to be
ok. But that's a real pain for large documents with many diagrams.

Is this fixed somewhere? Any other workarounds?
