Track Changes and Forms

Is it possible to lock a form and use track changes while still having the
form work properly? I also would like to be able to have a reviewer accept
the changes in the document while the document is still locked. Is this
possible in Word 2007 or 2003?

Thanks,
Amy

If you need track changes on for form filling then a form is not the right
tool for the job in hand.
A protected form is merely a means of collecting similar data from a number
of people.
