Track changes colours

For some reason, Word X is using blue for track changes on my Mac iBook G4,
yet when I share the document with others, they see the changes in red. This
is a real problem for me because I have hyperlinks within the document and
it's difficult to see which blue underlined phrases are hyperlinks and which
are changes.
I don't want to do a manul change to red because then I won't be able to
differentiate other reviewer's changes.
Help!

Thanks.

If you change your name in Word | Preferences, User Identification, I think
Word will think you are a new person and give you a new color. You have to
trick it--it's either randomly assigned colors or a set color and the
interface doesn't give a middle way (and I haven't heard of anybody using
VBA to set this, though I'm not sure).

Hi Stevetan-

You might also try going to Tools>Track Changes>Highlight Changes &
click Options. Pick a color for each different type of change as well
as how you want each type marked. See if that helps!

Hope this is useful |:>)
