"track Changes" - I need it to go away

We were working on a doc and used track changes to see
what we had done as we moved along. But the changes
never seem to go away. I can turn them on and off, but I
don't want other people to see them. And the original
document can always be turned on. I don't want people to
see the original. All I want is a simple save without
anyone having access to my changes.

To get the changes to go away, you need to Accept or Reject each one. If you
put Accept Changes into Help, it should spit out directions--in my version,
the topic was "Incorporate or reject changes made with revision marks"
