One of my users wants to use this feature in his remote setup like he does
with his local....I have never heard of the feature, nor do I see a "review"
toolbar in my installs....I have set Word as the editor as well as the other
suggestions I saw but still no "review" toolbar, which he says is the key to
the whole thing....HELP!
