Track changes issues

I am having issues in being able to distinguish my changes (author) from
another user's changes, both partys comments show up in the same color. I
have changed my user name and it doesn't seem to help. Any asistance would be
great, I am using Word 2007.

Yes, under the "Markup" section, it is selcted by Author
