Track Changes - Keeping Accept/Reject Box Open - is there a short

Hi,

I am using Word 2007 and editing a document that uses track changes. How do
I easily accept or reject? Right now I seem to have to go to the Review tab,
then the Changes group, then accept or reject. This is for each change! How
can I make it so I can keep accepting or rejecting without going through all
those steps?

Thanks.

If you right-click on the "Accept and Move to Next" command, you can
choose to add it to your Quick Access Toolbar, and then it's one click.
Ditto with the "Reject and Move to Next" command.

Or you can assign keyboard shortcuts to these commands by clicking on
Office Button | Word Options | Customize | Keyboard shortcuts: Customize
| Categories: All Commands | Commands: AcceptChangesAndAdvance | Press
new shortcut key: <choose a keyboard shortcut> | Assign | Commands:
RejectChangesAndAdvance | Press new shortcut key: <choose a keyboard
shortcut> | Assign | Close | OK.

Did I not post in the correct place?

Right mouse click works only if you are on the "change" . Sometimes the
change is not evident but a line on the right of the document says there was
something changed there...

In other versions of word I could hit a button and it would go to 1st change
were I could except or reject then after it would automatically go to the
next change - that's what I am looking for.

Did you not read your own question? What you asked was, "How can I make
it so I can keep accepting or rejecting without going through all those
steps?", and my reply answered what you asked. You did not ask how to
go to the first change. I suppose I could waste more time answering
your new question, but then you would just throw another tantrum because
I didn't answer another question you didn't ask.

Looks like someone's been getting up on the wrong side of the bed lately.

Thanks Jay, but I couldn't get your "fix" to work because I was using Word
2007, and I couldn't find the options you were talking about. Regardless,
this new link is great, thanks again.

Glad I didn't see this until later. You're first answer was great, your
snottiness in this one was unnecessary.
Regardless, thanks for the first answer.

p.s. I read my question then had a follow-up.
