Track Changes problem in Word 2002

Is it possible to show insertions but not deletions in
Word 2002 when tracking changes? I have recently
upgraded from Word 2000 and have noticed that there
appears to be no option to show insertions but not show
any deletions. I'm puzzled as to why this flexibility
would have been removed in the newer version?
