I have a user who is using track changes in Word 2003, and everything she
types shows up as one of our IT guys in another location. It is possible
that this document was created at some point in a Citrix environment, but is
now being edited locally. At any rate, the user info in the Tools->Options
pane is correct.
Changing the user information to another name and then back to the correct
user cleared up the problem, but now there are a number of edits showing the
wrong reviewer. So, 2 questions:
1. Is there a way to "fix" the reviewer on all of the previous changes?
2. How can we avoid this in the future?
