B
balloons
As a professional I often work with colleagues on editing documents using
track changes. I have never found the comments balloons to be in any way
useful, rather they are extraordinarily annoying and disruptive - anything
that blocks my view of the text I am working on is disruptive. Formatting
balloons also have never proven useful. Yet having deleted text in balloons
in the margins is very helpful as compared to "no balloons." A balloons
option "NEVER for comments/formatting" should be added to minimize balloons
to simply text changes shown in the margins.
