Track Changes Spelling and Grammar

I have a requirement to retain track changes and to record new changes made
during the spelling and grammar check. But I find that the check detects and
displays as errors previous alterations recorded by track changes. Is there
a way to get around this without turning track changes off or accepting
previous changes? Thanks. I am using Version 11.1.
