Track Changes -- The word "deleted" in balloon

Is there a way to change the word "deleted" in the balloon? We are using
track changed as a project tracker so we want it to say "completed" instead
of "deleted". Any tips? Thanks.

I believe the easiest way to do this is to manually add a comment that says
"completed."
