Track Changes, Word 2003

How do you turn off Track Changes in Word 2003? I have
turned off markup, saved the document. But when I reopen
it, it still shows the tracked changes. I want to send
this document to a customer after our group edits it. The
customer does not want to see our edits.

Accept all the changes.
