I remember in previous versions of Word that I was able to
have deletions show up as a strikthrough (or could even
change the format of deleted characters). With Word 2000
I am getting a balloon on the right side of the document
with the word Deleted followed by the deletion and an
arrow pointing to where the text was deleted from. There
are many, many deletions and it is difficult to follow the
arrows to see where the text was taken from. I can't seem
to change the way the deleted text is displayed. When I
go to Tools/Options/Track Changes(tab) I only see the
ability to modify Insertions - nowhere do I see the option
to change the way Deletions are displayed.
Am I missing something?
Thanks in advance,
Dov
