Track down who saved &/or published my project

Say I've 30 Project/Resource Managers. Anyone with Project Professional 2003
can open up any plan.

What is the better & quick way to find out who:
1. saved the plan last time (or may be within a period of last month)
2 published the plan last time (or may be within a period of last month)

I've Tracing enabled for all events using SetTracing utility.
