hi everyone,
I have been searching high and low but can't find a
definitive explanation of how outlook handles meeting
response tracking.
as far as I know, a meeting organizer receives responses
back from respondees, and once they are clicked on they
get processed and the Tracking tab gets updated with their
response (outlook 2002). Now if the invitee
accepts/declines but elects NOT to send a response, the
tracking tab will never get updated, correct? Also, if
the organizer quickly deletes or has a rule move or delete
the responses, they also won't get processed correct?
or is there some kind of background process that will
process the responses in the inbox even without the
organizer clicking on them?
thanks,
Wes
