Is there a way to track changes or revisions to a shared

One can use "Properties" in the right-click context menu for any item
inside a notebook.
I could not find the functionality for the whole notebook so far
(might be my fault - as iwith other topics - to not yet have detected
something well hidden <g>)
IMO the "Properties" dialog (from the "File" menu) should be enhanced
and provide the necessary info on a notebook file; the way info on a
PDF-file is shown in Acrobat might be a sample.
