We use the track changes option almost daily in our office. However, when we
go through the document and accept or reject the changes we need to, save it
and forward it...other people can still see those changes. We use Word 2003.
What we have been taught to do is turn on the "final copy" option, copy the
document without the first paragraph mark and the last paragraph, and paste
it into a new document. Although this works, it's a pain (especially when
using a document management program). Is there a better way? I read threads
that said if you accept or delete the change that it can't be seen again.
But, that doesn't appear true with our documents. Any other suggestions?
Thanks!
