Tracked Changes User Name Changes When File Saved

I am working on a document sent to me by someone else. I am tracking my
edits and as I do so, my correct username shows up when I hover over the
change. However, when I save the file, all my tracked changes are changed to
the user name "author". I can't figure out why. Please help!

Do you have "Remove personal information..." checked on the Security tab of
Tools | Options?
