Tracked Changes

I have just recently found tracked changes. I have an amended document where
in I have to indicate the amended text. Through this disscussion group using
the tracked changes feature is the way. However I have already made the
changes without "tracking them" I still have the original can I still use
this method somehow to indicate my amendments?

Use the Tools > Compare and Merge command. (In Word 2007, it's Review >
Compare > Compare, and is a significantly improved feature.)
