Tracked Changes

R

Rosemary

Hello,

We have two questions about this feature:

1) The use of different colors for different authors
helps when you are online, but can you print out a
document with tracked changes and still reflect all the
different authors if you don't have a color printer?

2) How do authors reflect changes to the same language?
For example, one author wants the work "apple" out,
another author wants the word "apple" in? That is, there
are occasions when various authors will be making changes
to the same words back and forth. How do people generally
handle situations like this?

Many thanks,

W

2) With std management techniques and a style guide, Part of the style
guide should nominate what are stylkistic issues that should be
ignored.
