Tracking and "Meeting is not in the calendar"

Whenever I set up meetings and receive the replies (acceptances), it shows on
the received message "Meeting is not in the caledar" even though the
attendees have accepted.

Despite having responses (accepted or declined), neither shows up in the my
tracking list.

Anyone know how to fix this?

What calendar is the meeting in? If its not in the default calendar the
responses won't process.
