I track staff attendance on calendar. Currently, I'm doing that by making vacation or sick days, for example, full day events, so I can clearly see them at a glance at the top of my week view. But, if someone is trying to book me for an appt., it appears that I'm busy all day. Any suggestions for how to track the attendance so I can see it at a glance but not have it eat up my whole day on the calendar?
