Hello. After using the calendar functions in Microsoft Outlook 2007. It
appears that the function to track meetings does not include the option for
the attendees to also see that status of the other attendees in a meeting is
not available.
The functionality to be able to inlcude this information should be mandatory
since without the attendees knowing the status of the meeting organizer, then
they will not know who is going to be there and what is going to be at the
meeting and what to expect.
Is there a way to be able to include this functionality for people attending
meetings to be able track who is also attending the meeting in addition to
the meeting organizer?
