tracking changes in excel

Hi
I have a file set that several users can access and make
changes to. The problem is that I am noticing errors and
in the worksheets eg random cells deleted/added and so
staggering the file that I know I haven't made but cannot
find who is in order to pervent it from happening again.
I need to continue to allow access to other users, but I
would like to track what changes are being made and by
whom. Is it possible to do this? I clicked on track
changes but it seems to be related more to Outlook than my
excel file.
Thanks!!
Soph

Sophie, please take another look at the Track Changes command on the Tools
menu (Tools > Track Changes > Highlight Changes). It's just what you need,
because it'll allow you to keep track of who makes what changes to the
workbook and when. It also gives you the ability to accept or reject the
changes that have been made. I don't know why Track Changes seemed to
involve Outlook (unless it had something to do with sharing the workbook
with other users), but give it another try anyway -- you won't regret it.
