Tracking changes in Word document

Is it possible, and if yes, how ... to track changes in a
word document by user, using different colors? Say if 4
people are editing and the last person gets the final edit
but wants to see what changes each user made.

It is not related to the OS, that feature is part of Office XP, and Office 2003 called "Reviewing".
