Tracking Changes in Word keeps changing username

When tracking changes in Word 2002 SP3 it shows my username in the
reviewing pane but if I scroll over the text changes it shows another
username. I have recreated the normal.dot and this seems to solve it
for a short period of time but then it comes back. I have deleted the
registry key: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Common\UserInfo. And
again this solves the problem for a short time then it reappears. I'm
thinking that the second username is somewhere in the registry but must
be encrypted. Any other suggestions?
