tracking changes of two reviewers

I have Word 2002. I want my changes tracked and
differentiated from the previous reviewer. I have
contacted some paid specialists who couldn't help me. This
was easy with Word 2000. help please. thanks

If you select "By reviewer" as the color selection on the Track Changes tab
of Tools | Options, you will get this effect.
