Tracking Changes / Revision Tool - Combined Documents

I have two documents that I need to combine together. One document was done
with the revision tools. The other document did not use the revision tools
to make changes. I need to have both documents when combined show the
revisions.

How can I fix the document without the revisions to Show as having the
revisions. Red line, colored text, etc.
