Tracking Changes Visible by Email Recipient

Jeff

My Word program is set where no tracking is being done or visible. However, someone I sent an email to said the strikethroughs and edits were visible.

How do I ensure that edits are not visible when I email them out?

Thank you

You need to explicitly display changes in the document and accept or reject all of them.

Also, if you have Word 2002 or above, go to Tools | Options | Security and
check the box for "Warn before printing, saving or sending a file that
contains tracked changes or comments."
