Tracking Changes

Are there known problems with tracking changes in version 2002
10.2627.2625? When the user attempts to track changes it does not show
deletions, nothing happens when you delete text while you have the
tracking button turned on. This is not a specific document problem it
happens to all this user's documents.

Show changes on screen enabled?? Do you mean the show/hide key on th
toolbar? (Sorry for my ignorance.
