Tracking Deletions in Word 2002

I have a two column document. When I delete words in the second
column, there is no tracking (tracking works on all other actions in
both columns). Any suggestions?

Hi Bruce

I can't replicate this in my Word 2002, and I haven't heard of it before. Have you applied SP-1 and SP-2 (and the current security
patches) to your machine? I don't know that these patches would fix this problem, but you never know.
