tracking - different colors for deletions and insertions

In WORD 2000 you can set the deletions to one color such as blue and the
insertions to another color such as red.
In WORD 2002 with XP I can only seem to have the deletions and insertions in
the same color. Is this true? Is there something I can do to change this?
