Tracking e-mails

I have set up a read receipt as a default on my e-mails. The person I need to track the most apparently has set his default up to NOT send receipts. Is there any work-around to this? Is there anyway I can find out if/when this person is reading my e-mails, or just deleting them?

There is no way to with Outlook, but I use 2 programs and they work very well for tracking. www.msgtag.com ($19.95) and www.readnotify.com ($24.95). Readnotify is a more advanced tracking program, which shows when opened, how long, if it was forwarded, etc. and you can set up all sorts of options. Msgtag is very good, but very basic

Good luck
