Within our organisation, senders track email by requesting a Read Receipt.
However, many of our users have the Preview window activated and may never
actually open the email as such. This prevents the Read Receipt from being
returned. I find that the Delivery Receipt is of limited use since everything
is 'delivered' within the organisation.
Is there any other way of finding out whether a Sent email has been read?
