Tracking information

I sent out and e-mail that I need to include in a document. I can print the
e-mail and it will print with the tracking information. I need to incude the
tracking information into a Word document.
1 How can I do this?
2 How can I save the file for later inclusion?

What version of Office are you using? Can you print to a file of some kind,
like a PDF or an MDI file (using Microsoft Office Document Imaging)?

I am using 2003. I will try your suggestion and let you know how it works. It
would be nice though to have to use a third party solution.
