tracking mail delivery

1) Problem 1: Two problems in tracking mail delivery even though the
"request delivery receipt" option is checked.
A) On some emails that I send, when I recieve an acknowledgement receipt
from a receipeint, the tracking field in the SENT folder is not flagged to
indicate that my INBOX has a delivery receipt from the receipient. This also
means that the tracking tab of the mail I sent is not flagged in spite of
having received a "read / delivery receipt from the recipient.

B) Another problem I sometimes experience is that, when I send an email, for
example one to recipient X and one to receipioent Y, then the tracking tab of
the mail I sent to X shows that recipeint Y has read it and vica versa.
