Tracking objects, etc.

Is it possible to track and report on any and all events,
code, queries, etc. that call, effect or include a
particular table?

As my app gets bigger, it is harder for me to keep track
and I end up making changes or additions which
inadvertently effect data and existing processes.

Any ideas you may have will be greatly appreciated!
