Our team monitor & control multiple projects simultaneously, however this is my first time using MS Project.
I'd like to track resourcing on a trade-type level rather than track and issue work to hundreds of people over thousands of tasks.
We need to know if we have enough of a each specific trade-type to complete work, rather than who is working on each task.
Is there an eloquent way to track resources in a plan in this way? I've experimented with modifying 'Max' (units) eg. if we have 3 resources of a particular trade type it would equate to 300%, however this looks messy and I believe there is a better way to monitor resourcing in MS Project.
Can anyone help please?
