It appears that if you have user who is managing another persons calendar and
they open the calendar from their profile and send an invite to a group of
people that the tracking information for that meeting is not updated until
the orginal mailbox (the one the admin is accessing) is opened via the
profile for that mainbox. In other words, the meeting invite is not
processed, for tracking purposes. Is that normal behavior. Thaks.
