Tracking Results not printing on a custom form

I have a custom form that I have created that requires the receiver to accept
or decline using the voting & tracking options. When I print the custom form,
the tracking results do not print on the form. Is there a way to make the
results print? Also is there a way to provide another Outlook user (on the
same server) access to the tracking results?
