Tracking stopped

I created a tracking voting message. After receiving some replies, I created
a specific folder and transferred everything (original message sent and
replies) to that new folder. After that, the tracking stopped, even after I
replaced the original message on the "Sent" folder. How can I make it star
tracking again?
