Tracking Vacation via Enterprise Calendar

As resources request administrative time (vacation), is there a way to view
the Enterprise Calendar, which includes administrative time for all of the
resources?

If not, what is the best way to manage and report on scheduled vacation
throughout the year?

Generally you can report against this kind of information using the Project
Server Reporting Database
