Tracking who replied to an invitation

In my work I often need to invite many people to participate in some event
and state if they need transportation, accomodation etc.

Manually tracking who replied and sending a reminder to those who didn´t is
quite time consuming and I was thinking that there is perhaps an easier way
to do this.

P.S. Maybe even with an automated mail at a certain time to those who didn´t
reply?

Help would be much appreciated.
