Trading Card (Hockey Card) template

Hello

I would like to create a Trading Card (Hockey) with with my nephews picture
in it.

I have the Microsoft Word 2003, Publisher and Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9.

Microsoft DI Pro 9 has a Trading Card template but not specifically for a
hockey.

Does anyone have a template I could use to create a hockey trading card.
Either in Word, Publisher or Microsoft DI Pro 9 or does anyone know of a site
that has a free template I could download. If you so could you please send
me the link.

I would greatly appreciate anyone's help.

Since the closest you've found so far is just a general trading card and
it's in a graphics program, I'd suggest starting with that and modifying it
to suit your needs.
