Traditional school fonts

Does anyone know where I can find free traditional (Zaner-Bloser or
ball and stick method) school fonts? And how do I transfer the
downloaded font to my font menu in Word?

TIA

A quick Google search turned up

Free School Fonts

among others.

You don't say what operating system you're using. Pre OSX, fonts go into
the Fonts folder inside the System folder.

In OSX, they should best be put

1) in the HD:Library:Fonts folder (if they should be available to all
users - "HD" represents the root hard drive name).

2) in the ~:Library:Fonts folder (for just that user - "~" represents
the user's home directory).

3) in the Fonts folder inside the Classic System Folder (if you want
them to be available for Classic apps).
